Group 108 Marks International Yoga Day with ‘The Wellness Edit’ at Grandthum in Greater Noida West
Group 108 celebrated International Yoga Day with “The Wellness Edit” at Grandthum in Greater Noida West. The wellness initiative featured yoga sessions, breathing exercises and interactive discussions led by Ministry of AYUSH-certified expert Ms Shefali Khullar, reflecting the company’s commitment to healthy lifestyles and community well-being beyond commercial development.
The programme began at 5:00 am and featured a guided wellness session conducted by Ministry of AYUSH-certified yoga expert Ms Shefali Khullar. Participants were introduced to various yoga postures, mindful movement practices and breathing exercises, with special emphasis on maintaining correct posture and adopting proper techniques.
The event also included interactive question-and-answer sessions, wellness-themed quizzes and discussions on healthy lifestyle practices, creating an engaging and informative atmosphere for attendees. To ensure convenience and comfort, Group 108 made special arrangements for participants and provided refreshments throughout the programme.
